Monogram Health seeks a Senior Director of Scheduling Operations to lead enterprise-wide visit scheduling, policy setting, and analytics. You will oversee two Scheduling Leads, drive reporting, and shape the scheduling roadmap with cross-functional partners in clinical operations and technology.
You will design training programs for schedulers, optimize drive-time metrics, and collaborate on territory design and patient coverage while advancing the in-home visit strategy.
Job Category: Operations
Requisition Number: SENIO006768

As Senior Director of Scheduling Operations, you will own visit scheduling across the organization, including policies, reporting, user behavior, and product design and roadmap. The objective of the role is to optimize scheduling enterprise-wide, which means reducing drive time for our clinicians, improving the scheduling experience for our users, and increasing in-home visit time, particularly for our most complex patients. You will pursue these objectives through product changes, reporting that reinforces effective scheduling behavior, and training, delivered through the two Scheduling Team Leads who report to you and run our scheduling coordinator development program.
Scheduling is a multi-factorial problem. Drive time is shaped structurally by how territories are designed, how the territory tool functions, and behaviorally by how visits are scheduled. Separating those effects takes deep investigation, root-cause analysis, and disciplined problem solving. The ideal candidate is intensely curious and eager to roll up their sleeves, is fluent in both operations and technology, and can move comfortably between clinician training, a system configuration, and a roadmap conversation with senior leaders.
The base salary range for this role is $138,000 to $182,000 and reflects the range of experience and qualifications we may consider. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location and job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, certificates, and internal compensation considerations. While a larger range is posted, most offers will typically fall within a narrower band based on these factors.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for additional compensation, including bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
