Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction or commercial roofing safety leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-site or regional safety programs.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and construction safety standards.
• Proven ability to influence operations and drive adoption in the field.
• Experience managing audits, incident response, and performance metrics.
• CSP, CHST, OSHA 500, or related certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the company's existing safety program and initiatives
• Partner with Operations and Executive Leadership to drive safety performance
• Oversee OSHA compliance, policies, audits, and reporting
• Conduct field visits, inspections, and support project teams
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Track and improve key safety metrics (TRIR, EMR, recordables, etc.)
• Drive training, engagement, and accountability throughout the organization
• Standardize safety expectations and execution across regions and teams
• Support subcontractor and field compliance initiatives
