Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction or commercial roofing safety leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-site or regional safety programs.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and construction safety standards.
• Proven ability to influence operations and drive adoption in the field.
• Experience managing audits, incident response, and performance metrics.
• CSP, CHST, OSHA 500, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's existing safety program and initiatives
