Job summary

Connect Service Solutions is seeking a Safety Coordinator – Industrial Roofing to support roofing operations at industrial and refinery facilities in the Greater Houston area. You will maintain active field presence on jobsites, ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety rules, and support quality control with documentation and inspections.

Reporting to the Director of Safety, you will drive a strong safety culture, review JSAs/JHAs, coordinate with site safety personnel, and help track

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in safety roles preferred.
• Experience with refinery/industrial facilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and site safety expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular field presence on roofing jobsites and observe practices.
• Ensure compliance with facility owner safety requirements and company programs.
• Review JSAs/JHAs and support pre-task planning and toolbox talks.
• Communicate observations and corrective actions to site supervisors and Director of Safety.
• Assist in incident investigations and maintain safety documentation.
• Conduct field quality control inspections and track deficiencies.
