• 12+ years of related experience.
• 6+ years in a management or supervisory role in a large organization.
• Technical construction safety knowledge (fall protection, scaffolding, confined spaces, cranes/rigging, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and health matters for construction site management teams, overseeing SAS2 contracts and other projects.
• Oversee incident investigations, post-incident action items, and Safety Management initiatives.
• Conduct field inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement safeguarding controls.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs including orientation and site-specific topics.
• Maintain detailed documentation of safety-related matters and reporting.
• Provide progress updates to safety directors and business units.
