Job summary

Arise Collective Inc in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Director of Resource Development to lead fundraising, development, and communications as a member of the Executive Team. You will design a multi-year fundraising strategy spanning individual, corporate, faith-based, and major gifts, while shaping the organization's storytelling.

The role partners with the CEO and Board, manages a team, and oversees donor relations, reporting, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive development leadership experience.
• Proven track record growing individual giving programs.
• Ability to partner with CEO and Board to advance donor relationships.
• Experience leading development, fundraising, and communications portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year fundraising and communications strategy.
• Manage a portfolio of prospects, cultivate and solicit major gifts.
• Design and implement annual fund and moves management system.
• Identify and cultivate relationships to extend Arise Collective's donor base.
• Partner with the CEO to maximize relationships and visibility.
• Build and manage board engagement in development efforts.
• Maintain development infrastructure, donor database, gift processing, reporting.
