Amplify Health in Raleigh, NC seeks a Director of Philanthropy to build a private philanthropy program from the ground up, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the Board and a new Philanthropy Advisory Committee. You will design a multi-year strategy, establish moves management, and cultivate major gifts while coordinating with Grants and Marketing to tell measurable impact stories.

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years nonprofit fundraising with major gifts focus.
• 3+ years in development leadership with staff supervision.
• Healthcare/nonprofit fundraising experience a plus.
• Ability to travel locally to meet donors across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a comprehensive multi-year philanthropy strategy aligned with Amplify’s priorities.
• Establish infrastructure, policies, processes and metrics for a sustainable philanthropy program.
• Create annual development plan for major gifts, annual giving and corporate/foundation support.
• Lead donor engagement and stewardship, reporting progress to CEO and Board.
• Cultivate, solicit and close major gifts; build a major gift prospect pipeline.
• Create opportunities for CEO exposure to prospective donors and partners.
• Coordinate with Grants Manager, Marketing and Philanthropy Advisory Committee.
