Job summary

Ursa Major is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead program finance, FP&A, and EAC/ETC forecasting across all business lines. You will partner with the President, program managers, and engineering leadership to optimize margins and cash generation.

Candidates should have extensive defense/aerospace finance experience, strong ERP/BI system skills, and a track record of scaling finance teams in high-growth environments. Colorado-based, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience leading program finance and FP&A in Aerospace/Defense sectors is required.
