About the Role

As the Senior Director of Product of Vanta’s Platform teams, you will define and deliver the platform for all of Vanta’s products. The key components include identity, permissions, enterprise security, billing, collaboration, and self-serve experiences. You will lead major company-wide initiatives, partner with engineering and design, and contribute to the culture and processes of the product team while growing your team of Product Managers.

What you’ll do

1. Lead and grow a team of Product Managers to define and deliver Vanta’s platform capabilities to scale for our largest enterprise customers.
2. Define and execute Vanta’s strategy to enhance time to value, activation, and retention in collaboration with go-to-market teams.
3. Be the DRI for key business metrics such as activation, customer journey success, GRR/NRR, and the performance of Vanta for large customers, including enterprise security and collaboration experiences.

Success Factors

• 12+ years in product management roles in high-growth, complex environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience and passion for scaling B2B SaaS platforms from SMB to Enterprise.
• Proven track record in setting product vision and business strategy aligned with company goals.
• Ability to coach PMs and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Adaptability to evolving landscapes and driving impact across teams.
• Passion for building high-quality products efficiently.
• Deep understanding of data, retention, and growth metrics.
• Strong decision-making skills balancing ambiguity, data, speed, and iteration.
• Experience working on security products.
