Vice President of Product -Remote, preferably EST or CST

We have partnered with a well-established yet forward-thinking organization that serves the homebuilding industry through technology-enabled and service-driven solutions. They are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Vice President of Product to lead the strategy, development, and execution of a growing suite of digital and financial solutions. This is a pivotal senior leadership role that will guide both legacy and next-gen product initiatives with a strong focus on customer value, scalability, and team growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Director-level or above)
• Experience in fintech, proptech, insurance, or adjacent sectors
• Successful launch of customer-facing digital or B2B SaaS products
• Experience managing engineering or technical teams
• Strong cross-functional leadership: Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Compliance
• History of presenting roadmaps to C-level stakeholders or boards
• Availability to work in St. Petersburg, FL, 3 days/week onsite

Preferred:

• Prior experience in MGA/MGU, agency, or insurtech startup environment
• Familiarity with construction, homebuilding, or property services sectors
• Strong analytical skills and experience pulling raw data to drive decision-making
• Experience owning underwriting strategy or launching insurance programs

Description:

• Define and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple business units.
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of product managers, analysts, and UX professionals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, legal, and commercial teams to deliver seamless go-to-market execution.
• Drive discovery, development, and delivery across product lifecycles with a customer-first mindset.
• Introduce innovative tools, including SaaS products, mobile integrations, and finance & insurance (F&I) offerings.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to validate market needs and influence roadmap prioritization.
• Utilize data and KPIs to inform product decisions and performance outcomes.
• Present product strategies at the executive level and contribute to long-term innovation planning.
