Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, you will manage a team of five, engage alumni and partners, and collaborate with the CEO and board to ensure sustainable funding and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years fundraising experience with proven track record of closing major gifts.
• 3+ years of team management experience; oversee a team of five.

Responsibilities

• Lead development strategy to secure philanthropic resources to fuel the organization's mission.
• Oversee prospecting, stewardship, and securing financial donors; manage donor pipeline and reporting.
• Collaborate with CEO, Chief Advancement Officer, and board; engage alumni and organizational partnerships to meet revenue goals.
