Qualifications
- B.S. or PharmD from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Current Licensed Pharmacist in New Mexico.
- Experience leading pharmacy operations in health-system settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide system-wide strategic leadership for pharmacy services across hospitals and settings.
- Optimize formulary management, clinical protocols, and medication safety programs.
- Lead and develop pharmacy leadership teams including directors and managers.
- Ensure enterprise-wide regulatory and accreditation readiness and compliance.
- Oversee system-level financial performance, contracting, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with executives and external partners to support integrated care delivery.
