Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for pharmacy services within a single hospital.
• Ensure safe, effective medication use and formulary management.
• Lead staff including managers, pharmacists, technicians, and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, USP, BOP and laws.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, contracts, and cost containment.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to improve patient care and safety.
• Drive innovation and growth leveraging data and technology.
