Job summary

Visa is seeking a Vice President of Acceptance Technologies and Intelligent Commerce Engineering to lead a global engineering organization responsible for developing and advancing technologies that enable secure, seamless and innovative payment acceptance experiences worldwide.

This leader will oversee EMV and contactless tech, device- and software-based acceptance, SDKs and secure credentials, testing and validation, and apply AI, automation to improve client integration and engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or advanced degree with 10+ years; or PhD with 8+ years.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technology strategy for Visa's acceptance portfolio across EMV, contactless, device/software acceptance, SDKs and credentials.
Lead engineering for secure, seamless acceptance across physical, mobile and digital channels.
Translate client/product/market needs into multi-year roadmaps and architectural directions.
Apply AI, automation, and intelligent commerce capabilities to improve client experiences and integration.
Partner with Product, Security, Risk, Operations and regional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Build and develop a globally distributed engineering organization with a culture of excellence and accountability.
