Raymond James is seeking a Director of Operations for Transitions Management in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role leads the operational strategy, drives improvements, and oversees a large team of associates, contractors, and leaders in a hybrid work setting with three in-office days per week.

The role requires strong talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in onboarding/licensing processes, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class advisor experience while managing risk

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams and development of leaders.
• Strong track record in onboarding lifecycle and licensing readiness.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across divisions.
• Proven ability to implement scalable operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational strategy for Transitions Management.
• Oversee large team of associates, contractors, and leaders.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with PCG recruiting, supervision, core ops, Marketing, Registrations, Risk, and more.
• Drive continuous process improvements in key functions.
• Manage strategy for contract workforce including training and onboarding.
• Represent Transitions Management in Raymond James events and advisor interactions.
• Identify capabilities needed to meet current and future business needs and mentor others.
