Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Lean Manufacturing, 80/20, and continuous improvement expertise.
• Experience leading operational turnarounds or factory transformations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Infor SyteLine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for Franklin, MA facility operations.
• Own Manufacturing Engineering, drive process design and equipment reliability.
• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Delivery optimization with cross-functional partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and workforce engagement.
• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team with a culture of quality and safety.
