Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure operations align with KPIs, safety, quality, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.
• Coordinate Supply Chain, Quality, Production and Manufacturing Engineering activities.
