Job summary

Dynisco is seeking an Operations Director for its Franklin, MA facility. You will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across manufacturing operations, engineering, planning, quality, EH&S, and logistics to drive growth, efficiency, and scalability.

This on-site role requires a strong track record in Lean, transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with global sites to optimize end-to-end processes, lead cost and quality improvements, and manage the cycle counting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing operations.
• Multi-site operations experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing, 80/20, continuous improvement expertise.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for the Franklin, MA facility.
• Own the Manufacturing Engineering function, driving process design and equipment reliability.
• Align operations strategy with business goals and drive growth, efficiency, scalability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and global sites to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Delivery.
• Lead transformation efforts in planning, scheduling, shop floor execution, and workforce engagement.
• Design and institutionalize world-class operational processes and systems.
• Drive KPIs and data-driven improvements across operations.
• Improve cycle counting and annual physical inventory for data integrity.
