Overhill Farms, Inc. seeks a Senior Corporate Director of Operations to lead and coordinate manufacturing and operation functions across multiple food production facilities.

This role drives plant performance, food safety, quality, delivery, and cost optimization, while guiding budgeting and financial planning. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, overseeing budgets, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of operations leadership experience.
• 10+ years of financial experience managing budgets.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and equipment.
• HACCP, GMPs, SQF, USDA and safety experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work varied shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop operational strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee budgets across multiple facilities.
• Support new product commercialization and processes.
• Lead planning, prioritization and execution of projects.
• Ensure continuous improvement processes are in place.
• Develop positive working relations with customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Partner with Supply Chain, QA, Engineering, R&D, Finance, HR and Sales.
• Standardize processes and drive operational alignment across facilities.
• Apply knowledge of raw materials, production, maintenance and costs.
