Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Director of Market & Competitive Intelligence to lead our intelligence function across Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Executive Leadership. This high-visibility role reports to the CMO and shapes how we position, price, sell, and win in a dynamic IT management and cybersecurity market.

The role requires 10+ years in intelligence/analytics, 3+ years leading teams, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years in competitive/market intelligence, insights, analytics, product marketing, or corporate strategy
3+ years leading intelligence or analytics teams
B2B SaaS or IT management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Build and own competitive intelligence program: profiles, battlecards, and early-warning systems
Lead market intelligence: TAM analyses, landscape assessments, trend analysis
Develop Voice of Customer capability and win/loss programs
Design and maintain customer segmentation framework for go-to-market
Measure marketing effectiveness with pipeline influence and revenue contribution
Collaborate with Data Science on AI-enabled models for churn and expansion
Provide regular Executive Intelligence Reviews to leadership
Embed insights into sales onboarding and live deal support
Hire and lead a high-performing analytics team
