Job summary

Kaseya is seeking aDirector of Market & Competitive Intelligence to lead a world-class intelligence function reporting to the CMO. You will shape how we understand customers, markets, and competitors and translate insights into strategic decisions that influence pricing, positioning, and win rates across our IT management and security platform.

The role requires building processes, partnering with product, sales, and marketing, and delivering executive reviews on market movements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in competitive or market intelligence, analytics, product marketing, or strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Kaseya's competitive intelligence program and battlecards.
• Lead market intelligence analyses across MSP and SMB IT landscapes.
• Develop Voice of Customer programs and customer segmentation.
• Define a unified go-to-market framework for all teams.
• Measure marketing impact and contribute to revenue planning.
• Partner with Data Science on AI-enabled churn and expansion models.
• Provide executive-level market insights and strategic guidance.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing analytics team.
