Slope is looking for a Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering to oversee engineering activities at our flagship factory in Columbus, OH. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance and quality in high-volume production.

The ideal leader will have extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, exhibit strong leadership skills, and promote operational excellence. This position offers a competitive salary and a range of comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in manufacturing engineering; 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of automation and advanced technologies.
• Proven experience in New Product Introduction.
• Familiarity with ISO, FDA, and AS9100 standards.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing engineering activities across flagship factory.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Manage budgets and resources for the engineering department.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
