Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Operations Management, or related field required.
• 8-10+ years of manufacturing management experience with cross-functional oversight.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma with proven improvement results.
• Demonstrated leadership managing managers/supervisors and driving change.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems; Friedman AS400 experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and scorecard metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports including Production, Shipping, and Maintenance leadership.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations focusing on people, quality, service, cost, safety, and efficiency.
• Identify operational challenges, implement corrective actions, drive Lean and Six Sigma improvements.
• Monitor processes, quality systems, and audits to ensure standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and track operational scorecards for accountability and improvement.
• Create and manage annual operating budgets including revenue, expenses, capex, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategic goals and growth.
