Job summary

Rogue Fitness seeks a Director of Engineering to lead the Manufacturing Plant and Distribution Warehouse engineering functions on-site at the Columbus, OH campus. The role focuses on safety, quality, efficiency, and capacity while scaling operations and maintaining infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in engineering leadership, strong lean/automation expertise, and the ability to drive data-driven improvements across manufacturing and distribution disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering management experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering required; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Strong lean manufacturing, automation, robotics, capital project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Engineering team, aligning safety, quality, throughput, cost, and scalability.
• Procure quotes and equipment from vendors to eliminate waste and improve bottom-line performance.
• Investigate quality misses, ensure quality compliance, and assist in root cause, corrective, and preventive actions.
• Implement new manufacturing technologies and ensure proper deployment in manufacturing and distribution.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Engineering processes to support growth.
• Establish, manage, and own all metrics for the Engineering organization.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to resolve systemic issues and improve performance.
