• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with depth in identity and access management, engineering and architecture, risk management, compliance, technology, cyber security.
• 10+ years leading teams and/or enterprise programs; hands-on IAM program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish IAM vision, multi-year strategy, roadmap, and operational model; hire and manage IAM organization.
• Implement core IAM capabilities (SSO, MFA, credential vaulting, identity governance, PAM, secrets management, lifecycle management).
• Design tailored identity solutions for complex deployment scenarios and oversee governance to meet KPIs.
