Job description

Senior Director of Health Systems Implementation

U.S. Remote

Nearly half of patients needing medical equipment at discharge don’t get it in time. The ordering process is too convoluted and is still primarily handled by fax. These inefficiencies lead to higher cost of care and poorer patient outcomes. In the most extreme cases, this equipment means life or death. At Parachute Health, it is our mission to make sure that every patient gets what they need, when they need it. We achieve this by driving efficiency through digital connectivity into every aspect of the ordering process, making it delightfully simple.

We’re leading the charge with a platform that is 10 times faster than the status quo. We connect with major hospitals, payors, and suppliers of life-saving products. Our vision of a “delightfully simple” digital ordering experience for clinicians pushes us forward to transforming the world of post-acute care.

We’ve built a strong network of clinicians, suppliers, health plans, and patients that we serve every day—but we’re ready to amplify our story in a bigger, more systematic way. That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Health Systems Ownership - Fully own and drive the end-to-end function of Health Systems Implementation division. This includes direct responsibility for the successful delivery of products and ensuring robust conversion, engagement, and adoption of our solutions across health system networks.
  • Enterprise Leadership - Lead and coordinate our most strategic Enterprise clients post-sale, collaborating closely with Customer Success. Establish and nurture senior and tactical relationships with customer leaders to oversee implementations and accelerate the growth of Digital Ordering across their entire network.
  • People Management - Lead and develop a high-performing team of 4-5 Implementation Associates, Managers, and Directors, overseeing their day-to-day responsibilities, performance, and career growth.
  • Scaling and Growth - Identify, develop, and execute strategic process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of our Health System strategy, involving deep collaboration with Customer Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Product Launches - Spearhead the rollout of delightfully simple experiences to partners, acting as the primary internal Subject Matter Expert and key liaison to our Product Management organization. Consistently relay the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and communicate critical feedback to our Product teams.
  • Data Reporting & Strategic Insights - Develop, analyze, and share critical insights externally to partners, proactively collaborating cross-functionally to identify and address opportunities and challenges that impact health system success.

About You

  • Process oriented; develop roadmaps to operationalize account strategy
  • Problem solver; adaptable with a relentless solutions mindset
  • Demonstrated leader and self-starter within a cross-functional team
  • Strong communicator who can extract and synthesize info from experts
  • Customer centric with expertise in account or client management
  • Fast-learner who can come up to speed on detailed topics quickly

Requirements

  • Passionate about improving patient outcomes in the healthcare space
  • Proven success managing a team with multiple direct reports
  • Minimum 7 years in consulting or project-based work in healthcare
  • Customer-facing experience within healthcare, focusing on institutional players (hospitals, health systems, payors) preferred
  • Prior software or SaaS experience highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel at least once a quarter, dependent on customer and company needs
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Remote-First Company with the option to work at our office in New York City
  • Equity Incentive Plan
  • Annual Company-Wide Bonus (up to 15%)
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Summer Fridays - 5 Fridays Off During Summer (Separate From PTO)
  • Monthly Internet Stipend
  • Annual Home Office Stipend
  • Co-Working Space Reimbursement
  • Annual stipend for education and development
