Job summary

LiveView Technologies is seeking a Hardware Quality Engineering Manager to build and lead a multidisciplinary team in Spanish Fork, UT. You will drive root-cause investigations and permanent resolutions across incoming, in-process, and field data while aligning test methods and screening with Manufacturing Engineering.

The role focuses on ISO 9001 lean documentation, early QA involvement in NPI, and close collaboration with supplier quality to ensure component and vendor accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years in hardware quality, reliability, or manufacturing engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong ISO 9001 documentation and lean manufacturing process experience.
• Deep RCA skills (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, DMAIC) for electro-mechanical hardware.
• Experience validating test methods, inspection criteria, and test fixtures with Mfg Eng teams.
• Experience driving supplier quality programs and vendor corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team including quality engineers, supplier quality, metrology, and calibration.
• Analyze non-conformance data from incoming, in-process, and field return inspection teams; drive root-cause investigations.
• Validate test methods and screening criteria with Manufacturing Engineering; approve test fixtures across production lines.
• Guide supplier quality resources; enforce vendor accountability and drive SCARs.
• Develop ISO 9001-compliant quality documentation and lean process controls.
• Involve Quality early in NPI gate reviews with Hardware Engineering.
