Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience managing facilities services, construction, or operations, with increasing responsibility for staff, budgets, projects, and strategic planning, preferably in higher education or the public sector.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience involving oversight of direct reports, hiring, performance management, development, and discipline
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Supervise reports; develop master plan and capital program projects.
• Coordinate design, construction, and maintenance activities.
• Manage the annual capital budget and departmental operating budgets and budget process.
• Serve as campus operations liaison; review and approve all financial related procedures for the department.
• Represent campus operations at meetings and hearings with state and other local government agencies.
