Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Director of Environmental Compliance, North America to lead environmental compliance programs across its data centre campuses. You will own an audit-ready posture, manage regulatory reporting, and partner with Operations, Construction, Legal, and the EHS team to ensure environmental requirements are integrated into operations.

The role requires 10+ years in environmental compliance within high-risk industries, a STEM bachelor’s degree, and experience with air permits, SPCC,

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of environmental compliance experience in high-risk industries.
• Experience managing air permits, SPCC, stormwater, waste management, and regulatory reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership, audits, inspections, and cross-site regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance programmes across North America.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations.
• Oversee permits, regulatory reporting, inspections, and agency interactions.
• Maintain compliance calendars and risk registers.
• Provide executive reporting on performance and emerging risks.
• Partner with Operations, Legal and EHS to integrate requirements.
