Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking an Environmental Specialist in Ashburn, VA to support environmental compliance programs at data center campuses. The role collaborates with Site Operations, Construction, and EHS to identify risks and drive corrective actions to closure.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of environmental compliance experience, with knowledge of EPA regulations, SPCC, stormwater, and waste management.

• Knowledge of EPA and air regulations, permitting, SPCC, waste and stormwater requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, or compliance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance programs across data center campuses.
• Conduct routine environmental inspections and assist audits.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and dashboards for regulatory compliance.
• Assist with incident response, containment, cleanup and investigations.
• Contribute to permit renewals, records management, and regulatory reporting.
• Deliver environmental awareness training and promote compliance.
