Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 12 years of cloud-based experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• At least 7 years of people management experience.
• At least 8 years leading integration or automation programs across multiple domains.
• At least 6 years of enterprise integration strategies or modernization initiatives.
• At least 5 years managing senior technical leaders or directors.

Responsibilities

• Understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios with product owners.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices.
• Design, develop, test, implement and support full-stack solutions across development tools and technologies.
• Lead craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions.
• Mentor other engineering team members and stay current with technology trends.
• Provide governance for integrations, APIs and automation tooling across domains.
• Partner with leaders to identify modernization opportunities and roadmaps.
