Job summary
Capital One is seeking a Sr. Director, Integration Engineer to drive enterprise integration strategies and modernization initiatives. You will lead multiple systems integration teams, align architecture with security and business priorities, and mentor senior leaders across agile squads.
You will partner with product and tech leadership to deliver scalable, secure integrations across Salesforce, Google Cloud, and other platforms, while promoting innovation and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 12 years in a cloud-based environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- At least 7 years of people management experience
- At least 8 years of leading integration or automation programs across multiple units
- At least 6 years of experience developing enterprise integration strategies
- At least 5 years of experience managing senior technical leaders or directors
Responsibilities
- Lead design and deployment of robust integration solutions connecting enterprise apps
- Provide executive leadership over integration governance and standards across domains
- Drive modernization opportunities and multi-year investment roadmaps
- Foster innovation, technical excellence, and cross-team collaboration
- Mentor engineers and integration teams across the organization
- Partner with senior leaders to align architecture with business priorities
