Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Director, Integration Engineer to lead enterprise-wide integration programs, shape strategy, and partner with senior leaders to modernize platforms such as Salesforce and Google Cloud. You will guide multiple SI teams and drive end-to-end scalable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, foster innovation, and ensure governance and security alignment across domains, while staying current with cloud trends and delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• 8+ years leading integration or automation programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to define capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Improve software engineering practices across teams.
• Design, develop, test, implement and support full-stack integration solutions.
