Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 7+ years of people management experience.
• 8+ years leading integration or automation programs across multiple units or domains.
• 6+ years developing enterprise integration strategies or modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years managing senior technical leaders or directors.

Responsibilities

• Understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios with product owners.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices.
• Design, develop, test, implement and support end‑to‑end solutions across a full stack of tools and technologies.
• Lead craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of solutions.
• Mentor other engineers and stay current with tech trends and communities.
• Define and drive enterprise integration strategy aligned with architecture, security, and priorities.
• Establish governance and standardization for integrations, APIs and automation tooling.
