Job summary

Capital One, a leader in financial technology, seeks a Sr. Director, Integration Engineer to drive enterprise integration across platforms including Salesforce CRM and Google Cloud. You will guide modernization efforts, governance, and multi-team execution to deliver scalable, robust integration solutions.

You will partner with senior technologists to shape investment roadmaps and foster a culture of technical excellence while leading global Systems Integrator teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or related field.
At least 12 years in a cloud-based environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
At least 7 years of people management experience.
At least 8 years leading integration or automation programs across multiple units.
At least 6 years guiding enterprise integration strategies or modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
Continuously improve software engineering practices
Design, develop, test, implement and support full stack solutions across development tools
Lead craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of solutions
Mentor other members of the engineering community and foster innovation
