Qualifications

• Bachelor’s engineering degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in Engineering or Product Management.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Drive coordination & execution across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and People teams to remove roadblocks.
• Operate with urgency by proactively accelerating outcomes and surfacing issues early.
• Manage communications and represent the SVP/GM, driving follow-through on items.
• Develop executive presentations and messaging with Marketing and Communications.
• Travel with the SVP/GM for key engagements and events to prepare and drive outcomes.
• Run operating rhythm with staff meetings, reviews, metrics and follow-ups.
