Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience in connected hardware, IoT, or medical devices.
• At least 5+ years in engineering leadership (Director level or above).
• Demonstrated depth across electrical engineering, firmware, software, and cloud domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale an engineering organization spanning EE, firmware, cloud, and mobile software.
• Drive system architecture, design reviews, and technical problem-solving across disciplines.
• Manage external development partners, vendors, and contract manufacturers throughout full product lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, HIPAA, ISO 13485, IEC 60601).
