Willow is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead a multi-disciplinary team across Electrical Engineering, Embedded Firmware, Cloud, and Mobile/Software Applications in Mountain View. Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience in connected hardware, IoT, or medical devices.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership (Director level or above).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience across EE, firmware, software & cloud domains.
• Vendor management across external partners and contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy across EE, firmware, cloud, and mobile.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
• Define standards, SDLC, security practices.
• Collaborate with product, QA, regulatory, and operations.
• Balance technical debt with performance and cost.
