Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• Proven engineering management and team leadership experience.
• Experience architecting scalable data systems and cloud environments.
• Strong project management, planning, and delivery skills.
• Excellent communication across product, operations, and mission teams.
