Job summary

Dimensional is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead the client asset reporting platform and Sales Technology ecosystem. You will guide architecture, drive AI-assisted engineering, ensure reliability, and manage cross-functional delivery for Global Client Group and Finance.

You will hire and coach engineers, set technical direction, prioritize work with data, and foster a culture of accountability while delivering measurable business value across critical platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and developing software teams.
• Hands-on C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Snowflake with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business priorities into engineering plans.
• Experience with AI-assisted software engineering and data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Experience in production applications including reliability and security.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop engineers; foster ownership and accountability.
• Set long-term technical direction including AI-assisted engineering.
• Prioritize work using data and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee operational health and reliability of platforms.
• Manage engineering risk, security, and vulnerability controls.
