Job summary

OneEnergy Inc in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Director of Electrical Engineering to guide the engineering team in long-term system technology selection and collaborate with Delivery and Development Engineering.

You will review offtake contracts from an engineering perspective (NTP, Turnkey, IPP) and oversee large utility-scale projects across CS, DG, and utility-scale, including transmission studies up to 345kV.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional engineering license.
• Experience with PV and BESS design cycles from concept to energization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee early-stage pricing with Preconstruction.
• Understand monetization paths and acquisition structures.
• Collaborate with Procurement on tech trends and AVL.
• Support Delivery DG and LG set reviews.
• Provide senior engineering support on large utility-scale projects (up to 345kV).
• Review and revise transformer, inverter, racking, switchgear specs.
