Atria Senior Living in Glen Ellyn, IL is seeking an experienced Culinary Services leader to manage kitchen and dining operations. You will supervise staff, ensure high levels of resident satisfaction, and coordinate with leadership to deliver a restaurant-style dining experience that meets budget targets.

The role requires strong organizational and supervisory skills, adherence to safety standards, and a focus on quality and resident care.

Competenze

• Five or more years Culinary Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing for kitchen and dining venues.
• Supervise Culinary Services staff including scheduling, performance reviews, hiring, and action planning.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to deliver high levels of customer service and dining atmosphere.
• Maintain food preparation and service to meet health codes and company standards.
