Job summary

Mission Healthcare, a leading home health and hospice provider, seeks a Senior Contract & Regulatory Lead to oversee contract lifecycle, licensing, and regulatory compliance across multi-state operations.

Responsibilities include negotiating vendor and clinical agreements, managing CMS CoPs enrollment and revalidation, state licensure processes, and ensuring compliant documentation and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, legal studies, or related field.
• 8+ years in home health contracting, licensing, or healthcare regulatory administration.
• Experience with CMS CoPs, Medicare enrollment, and state licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple states/markets simultaneously.
• Strong contract review and negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor, service, client, and licensing agreements.
• Partner with legal and finance to mitigate contract risks.
• Maintain contract databases and tracking systems.
• Monitor service levels, payment terms, and deliverables; improve processes.
• Coordinate Medical Director agreements and regulatory compliance documentation.
