Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in home health contracting, licensing, or healthcare regulatory administration.
• Experience managing multiple states or markets simultaneously.
• Strong contract review and negotiation experience.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor, service, client, and licensing agreements.
• Manage all home health and hospice agency licensure across applicable states.
• Coordinate and manage Medical Director agreements in compliance.
