Job summary

Mission Healthcare, a leading home health and hospice provider, seeks an experienced professional to oversee contract management, licensing, and regulatory compliance across multiple states. The role includes coordinating Medical Director agreements, CMS certifications, and accreditation readiness in alignment with federal and state requirements.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and HR to drive contract accuracy, risk mitigation, and market expansion while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration, business, legal studies, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in home health contracting, licensing, or healthcare regulatory administration.
• Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation (CoPs), Medicare enrollment and revalidation, state licensing requirements, and payor contracting.
• Experience managing multiple states or markets simultaneously.
• Strong contract review and negotiation experience.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor, service, client, and licensing agreements.
• Partner with legal and finance teams to identify and mitigate contract risks.
• Maintain contract databases and tracking systems.
• Monitor contract compliance, service levels, payment terms, and deliverables.
• Develop and improve contract management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and manage Medical Director agreements and oversee related regulatory requirements.
• Track contract terms, renewals, compensation limits, and regulatory documentation.
• Support licensing across applicable states, including initial licensure, renewals, CHOWs, location changes.
• Prepare and maintain CMS certification filings and accreditation readiness.
