Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in construction business development, operations, or preconstruction.
• Proven tenure within Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals and geographic priorities.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and understand competitor positioning and pursuit behavior.
• Lead and implement the company’s Front Game strategy by identifying key relationships, mapping stakeholders, and planning engagement.
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of the CRM to track client relationships, market activity, opportunities, pursuits, and outcomes.
