Walmart is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition – Candidate Experience to lead the teams responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to every candidate who engages with Walmart. You will own the end-to-end candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring a candidate-first approach at scale.

This role requires strong listening, operational discipline, and the ability to diagnose root causes and implement sustainable solutions across a global hiring

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area and 6 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
• Option 2: 8 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
• 4 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Lead teams responsible for candidate support and escalation management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Delivery Leaders to meet hiring demands.
• Translate feedback from candidates and business leaders into improvements.
