Job summary

Walmart in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition Technology & Optimization to lead the TA tech ecosystem, aligning tools with enterprise goals and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience across recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.

You will own the ATS optimization, system integrations, and career-site evolution, building a tech roadmap and collaborating with HRIS, legal/compliance, and vendor partners to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field with 5 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy or 7 years’ experience in related area.
• 2 years’ experience leading cross functional teams.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or related leadership/strategy areas are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ATS optimization, improving recruiter workflows, hiring manager engagement, and candidate experience across the current ATS.
• Oversee integrations across the TA ecosystem—career sites, CRM, interview scheduling, assessment tools, and internal mobility systems.
• Drive career site and candidate experience improvements for mass hiring in retail and supply chain segments.
