You will steer high-value capture campaigns valued from $50M to $100M+ and partner with government agencies, primes, and engineering to translate mission needs into future roadmaps.

Senior Director of Business Development – Antenna Technologies, United States (Remote)

About the Role:

Operating as Director of Business Development for Antenna Technologies, you will champion multi-year growth across US defence and government programmes. Deeply immersed in SATCOM antenna systems, RF ground infrastructure, and microwave communications, you will spearhead strategic capture for flagship programmes valued between $50M and $100M+. You will connect closely with government agencies, commands, and defence primes, whilst partnering with engineering to translate mission-critical antenna requirements into future roadmaps.

• Steer major capture campaigns focused on complex SATCOM antenna systems, ground terminals, and radar/EW infrastructure
• Secure high‑value, multi‑year programmes valued between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000+ across the US defence ecosystem
• Help guide the organisation's antenna technology investments and product development across one, two, and five‑year planning cycles
• Serve as the principal link translating customer mission needs into cutting‑edge antenna and RF hardware innovations
• Operate autonomously with substantial visibility across leadership, driving positioning for emerging satellite and tactical communications

To be successful you'll need:

• 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic capture, or P&L leadership in aerospace, defense, or adjacent technologies
• Demonstrated success growing a business focused on antenna systems, RF/microwave electronics, or secure communications hardware
• Deep understanding of customer needs in radar, EW, ISR, and C4ISR applications
