Communications & Power Industries (CPI), a U.S.-based leader in SATCOM antenna systems, seeks an executive to lead Business Development and Strategic Growth across its Antenna Technologies businesses. This role defines capture strategies, expands market share in defense and space programs, and shapes customer engagement around space operations and ground infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

15+ years in BD/strategic capture or P&L leadership in aerospace/defense.
Proven success in antenna systems, RF/microwave or secure comms hardware.
Deep understanding of radar, EW, ISR, and C4ISR applications.
US Citizenship; Secret clearance required; TS preferred.
Bachelor's degree; engineering/physics background preferred; MBA a plus.
